Premier Community Care Home provides a safe and secure facility for homeless veterans.   Our Veterans served our country, and we want to give back.  We provide three square meals daily place to sleep and also have an outreach program for our Veterans to get back on their feet.  Our facility shows care and concern for our wonderful Veterans who put their life on the line for our country.  We are showing our care and concern and want them to succeed in life with the tools they need to get back into society.  Our home offers clean rooms with Temporary, and Permeant stay.  We also offer clothing, food, shelter and safety.  We are able to house over 20 Veterans.  You will have comfort, meals, nice staff and a shoulder to lean on in your time of need.  We look forward to serving our Veterans who served us and made a commitment to our country.  We care for you and want you to become a part of our care facility.   

 

We will give them the best and most respectful care.  This building is in honor of my father who served in the Army for 23 years.   

We also provide Community Services for our young men and women.

Our Mission

Premier Community Care Home Inc provides a Residential Care facility for Veterans unable to live independently and with limited financial resources for private residential homes or assisted living.  We are her to provide quality services to our residents in a safe, clean and respectful home environment facilitating a greater quality of life, access to resources, activities and inclusion in the community at-large so that they will have the highest level of independence and self-reliance as possible.

Our Vision

Premier Community Care Home staff will work hard for each residence to have the proper tools and skills in becoming independent. In our facility they will be honored and respected also taken care of with our well-trained Caregivers.  Our team is trained to have our Veterans back on their feet one step at a time. We specialize in giving back to the community.

In Honor of...

Sylvester Byrd Jr. was a loving kind honorable man. He was loved by many. We lost him in February 2021. Married for over 50 plus years to Rosa Byrd. Sylvester joined the military in 1959 & retired in 1982.

- Sergeant 1st Class (SFC) (E-7)

- Served 2 tours in Vietnam War

- Supervisor at Fisk University

- Preacher of New Birth Full Gospel

- Born in Norfolk VA

- Father of 7 Children 

- Grandfather of 34
